I’m Navin Paraman, a psychologist and psychiatric counselor with years of experience guiding people through emotional recovery, mental conditioning, and performance enhancement. My clients include students, professionals, and individuals seeking direction and self-mastery.

I’ve always believed that understanding the mind is the first step toward healing. Many of us are taught what to think, but not how to manage our thoughts. Through counseling and structured coaching, I help clients reconnect with their inner strength — building emotional awareness, resilience, and a grounded sense of purpose.

My practice integrates traditional psychology with modern coaching and mindful awareness. I combine CBT, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing with reflective exercises and Pranayama-based breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and promote emotional regulation.
